Account Settings

Your Canvas Account lets you

• change your password Links to an external site.
• edit your profile Links to an external site. to add a bio and image (square image works best)
• change your Notification Settings (useful if you are getting too much email)
• add your mobile phone number for SMS notifications
• upload personal files Links to an external site.

As a teacher, it is helpful to have a profile picture and bio that explains the best way for your students to contact you.  It's also useful to change your notification settings so you don't get too many emails.
