How to Embed Video From Another Website (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)

Embedding YouTube Video

To embed a YouTube video, you can just paste in the URL Links to an external site..  The rich Content editor will automatically embed it.

Embedding other video

To embed other media, you have to go to the video and copy the embed code, then paste that into the HTML Editor Links to an external site..  You can also tap Alt+F9 and then use the insert menu to Insert media.

Alt+F9 brings up the Insert menu. From there, choose Insert > Media

 

Choose Embed and then ctrl+v to  PASTE the embed code

 

 

How to get the embed code

Getting the embed code varies, but usually you start by clicking a share button. For example, in Vimeo, click the Share button

Then click in the embed box to select the embed text.  Tap ctrl+c to COPY the text.
