You’ve asked big questions, researched your topic, discussed ideas with your group, and posted your group summary. Now it’s time to start turning that thinking into something real.

This is the create and build phase of your project.

  What Your Group Should Focus on Now

• Use your group summary as a foundation
• Finalize your message—what do you want to say, show, or argue?
• Review roles and make sure everyone knows their current task
• Start creating your project in the format you’ve already chosen
• Think about your audience (other students!) as you build
• Make sure your draft is accessible—clear text, readable visuals, captions if needed

  Stay on Track

Use this checklist as a group:

• We’ve reviewed our group summary
• We’ve finalized what message we want to communicate
• Each group member knows what they’re working on this week
• We’ve started creating part of our final project
• We’ve talked about accessibility and audience
• We’ve made a plan to check in again (even informally)
