Every day, we are bombarded with product claims online—some are reliable, but many are misleading. This quiz will help you use the SIFT method (Stop, Investigate, Find, Trace) to critically evaluate a product you see online.

Your Task:

  1. Choose an online product that is being advertised in your social media today (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  2. If you do not use social media, you may choose a current popular product with bold claims, such as SaluVera Detox Foot Pads.

  3. Carefully evaluate the product using the steps in this quiz, considering all we've learned in this module about SIFT.
