How to Add Custom Questions in EvaluationKit (Course Evaluations & Surveys)

As of 2/1/22, EvaluationKit has been renamed. Course Evaluations & Surveys requires that you login to see their documentation, so I can’t just give you a link to the video that shows how to add custom questions to student surveys. Follow these directions to find the video instructions.

Access Video Tutorial

• Log in to Course Evaluations & Surveys using the link in the email you received when the survey started
• Once you are logged in to Course Evaluations & Surveys , click at the top-right of the page and click Help Center from the drop-down
• Click Video Tutorials
  
• From the Video Tutorials list, click “Video: Custom Questions for Administrators & Instructors”
• Watch the video to learn how to add your own custom questions to the standard student evaluation survey

 

Text Instructions

• Log in to Course Evaluations & Surveys  using the link in the email you received when the survey started
• In the Custom Questions section of the home page, click the project you want to add questions to. Note that the status of the project must be open to add custom questions to it.
• Click +Create New Survey
• Give your questions a title and description, then click Save New.
• Add your questions.
• Once you have added all your questions, click Cancel.
• Click +Add Custom Question Survey
• Click the checkmark under Select to select your custom questions.
• Click Select Courses.
• Click Add Courses
• Select the courses you want to add your custom questions to.
• Click Add selected courses when done.
