Read Chapter 19. After reading it, watch the video on UCC Performance and Breach. As I stated in class earlier, the UCC is substantially different from the common law of contracts. You will need to memorize the differences in the two types of applications. After reading the materials, it will probably make sense. Once you have read and watched the video, you can take the quiz. It has 25 questions and is worth 25 points. You will have one hour to take the quiz. It closes on March 20 at midnight.
