Read chapter 31 and watch the video.  The video is a practical talk about mergers and acquisitions from a business law attorney's perspective.  It is pretty good.   After doing the reading and watching the video you can then take the 8 question quiz. It will close on April 24 at midnight.  You have 20 minutes to take the quiz.
