Preserve the Accessibility Tagging of your MS Word Doc

Preserving Accessibility Tags 

Step 1

Use the Acrobat plug-in. Select the Acrobat tab.

Select Acrobat Tab to open Preferences Option

Step 2

To ensure that the PDF will retain the accessibility tags you've applied to the document, select Preferences.

Ensure the checkbox, Enable Accessibility and Reflow with Tagged Adobe PDF, is checked.

Step 4

Select OK. Finally, select Create PDF. Proceed to save as a PDF.
