Student Affairs

The Student Affairs Office at Cuyamaca College is the one-stop area for student engagement opportunities offering you numerous ways to become involved on campus.

By taking an active role on campus, you will not only meet new students and enhance your college experiences, but you will also augment your leadership skills. Take advantage of the wide array of available opportunities - participate in student organizations, serve on committees, run for elected office, plan a campus event, and/or participate in leadership development training programs.

Student Success and Equity

Equity Lens

Cuyamaca College honors that we are privileged to be part of a diverse academic community committed to fostering and advocating equity mindedness, inclusivity, civility, and social justice. While we recognize that every one of us has biases, prejudice is learned and can be unlearned, and we reject all forms of discrimination against any member of our community. We actively work to eliminate any achievement gaps among different student groups and to promote a campus culture of healthy diversity.

 -Student Success & Equity Council

Please remain on the lookout for events that hosted by the Student Success and Equity Department. We have three student engagement centers where we would love to have your support. The centers are: Together We Rise (TWR), The Black Student Success Center (both located in annex's on the third floor of the B building and directly across from Athletics) as well as the Queer Student Center (I-107). We want to learn more about your experiences here at Cuyamaca College while also providing robust programming where all are welcomed to attend. Should you have any questions, please feel free to come and see us when you have some time.
